Work for
Purecontent

We’re also on the lookout for exceptional freelance copywriters and editors.

Why work for us?

At Purecontent, we’re always looking to expand our roster of exceptional team members. Whether you have a particular affinity for written content, digital marketing, outreach or project management, or you’re just an incredibly hard-working, versatile and think-on-your-feet kind of person, we’d love to hear from you. Our company is host to a diverse range of roles, responsibilities and personalities, so it’s highly possible that there’s something here to suit you. If you think so too, get in touch!

Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the direct line manager for much of our team. You’ll work closely with Team Leads, who each oversee multiple projects and groups of employees, while also ensuring the effective management and development of Team Members. Your role will focus on day-to-day leadership and operational oversight, handling all standard management duties, including performance reviews, resource planning, and process improvements. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing medium to large teams within an office setting, ideally from sectors such as marketing, finance, technology, or other professional services.

1

Flexible Working

We don’t believe that our team needs to work in the office everyday to achieve results. Our flexible working policy means that you can work from home and adapt your working hours to suit you. However, the flexibility doesn’t stop there! Enjoy a casual dress code, your birthday off as annual leave, private health insurance, company events, a cycle to work scheme and a whole range of other benefits.

2

Progression Opportunities

At Purecontent, we hate the thought of people feeling ‘stuck’ in their role, which is why we strive to offer progression opportunities to those that deserve it. Whether that’s from a junior role into a more senior one, or from one department to another, or from an entry-level position into management, the ceiling is as high as you make it! We love initiative, dedication and a strong work ethic; if you offer all of those, you’re already on the right track!

3

Constant Support

The Purecontent team is exactly that – a team! At Purecontent, we provide thorough training to ensure you get off to the best start possible, but we don’t necessarily believe that people should just have to fend for themselves, so we operate an open-door policy. If you need help, advice or guidance, there will always be somebody for you to ask. Although we love people’s ability to work independently, we also pride ourselves on the supportive environment we’ve created over the years.
