Join us at Purecontent, a leading content marketing agency located in the vibrant heart of Norwich. As our digital presence grows, we are keen to bring a Data Executive on board. This role revolves predominantly around content uploading, with WordPress as the central platform. While experience with WordPress and coding languages is beneficial, it’s an individual’s aptitude for swiftly adapting to and mastering new technologies that stands paramount.
This full-time position will report directly to the Content Management team.
Main Tasks:
- Upload content to platforms, with an emphasis on WordPress.
- Ensure that all content aligns with our established guidelines.
- Efficiently manage and prioritise tasks to meet set deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with the Content Management team regarding progress.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to streamline workflows.
- Keep comprehensive records of all uploaded content.
Role Requirements:
- A structured and systematic approach to tasks.
- Quick adaptability to new technological platforms.
- Rigorous adherence to guidelines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-critical, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback for quality control purposes.
- Prior experience with content platforms and coding languages is advantageous but not essential.
Computer Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new software tools.
- An interest in AI and machine learning technologies is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word at intermediate levels.
- Familiarity with email applications like Outlook or Gmail.
Qualifications:
A robust command of written and spoken English is essential. Educational qualifications up to A-level or its equivalent are expected. Achieving at least a B Grade in English and Maths at GCSE is desired. Previous experience in similar roles will be viewed favourably, but training will be provided regardless.
Location and Hours:
The role is based at our Norwich office. Upon successful completion of probation, there’s potential for some remote work. Standard working hours are from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, inclusive of a 60-minute lunch break.
